cable with just GND, TX and RX will work fine, but you'll have to push power on button on phone each time you want to make a connection
so better is to build cable with RTS signal connected to pin #7 (auto ignition) - with this cable no need to push any buttons on phone anymore
you can use connector for ot535 or ot715 phone
(as you can see for autoignition cable you'll need a ot715 connector)
you must cut the connector a little to fit in the phone
